Personal data processing policy
Version dated 17 October 2026.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is Alexey Borodulin, a payer of Russia's professional income tax (self-employed), Russia. Website: borodulin.expert. For questions about data processing or exercising your rights, email alexey.borodylin@mail.ru.
This policy covers website visits and enquiries using the contact details listed here. Processing takes into account Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.
2. Enquiries and working together
When you contact me by email or Telegram, your name, email, messenger username, other contact details you provide and enquiry content may be processed. The purposes are to reply, clarify your needs, arrange a consultation and enter into and perform a contract at your initiative.
The legal basis depends on the purpose: entering into and performing a contract at the data subject's initiative, complying with statutory duties or separate consent where required. Visiting the website does not constitute consent to advertising messages. This website does not offer advertising mailing-list subscriptions.
A description of your needs is sufficient for the first message. Working documents and the transfer method are agreed separately. The public website has no financial document upload form and does not accept payments.
The enquiry form processes your optional name, reply email and message. Submission requires separate consent within the form. The information is sent to alexey.borodylin@mail.ru through Timeweb email infrastructure. The form does not upload documents or accept payments. A technical session cookie protects the form and prevents duplicate submissions. Temporary hosting storage holds only an IP hash and timestamps to limit spam, not your name, email or enquiry. Form field values are not sent as analytics goal parameters.
3. Visitor statistics
The website uses Yandex Metrica, counter 96303768. Analytics is enabled by default on the published website. You can disable it for this browser using "Disable analytics" at the bottom of the page. A previously saved refusal is also respected.
When analytics is enabled, technical device and browser details, IP address, cookie identifiers, the page visited and interactions may be processed to assess traffic and usability. The service provider is YANDEX LLC, Russia; its terms are set out in the Yandex Privacy Policy.
This version disables Session Replay, click maps, automatic outbound-link tracking and message content collection. Goals record an action type and button placement, such as an email, Telegram, book, course, article or video click. The website does not send enquiry text, email addresses, telephone numbers, financial documents or payment details as goal parameters.
The preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Use the analytics button at the bottom of the page to change it. Disabling stops further statistics from this version; previously sent data is not automatically deleted. Contact the controller about earlier processing. Service cookies can also be removed in browser settings.
4. Local storage and website operation
Browser localStorage holds the analytics preference and IDs of the previous video selection, to vary the next visit's selection. These local values contain no enquiry text or financial documents. You can delete them in your browser; deleting the analytics preference restores the default mode.
To deliver and protect pages, the hosting provider may process technical request logs including the page address, time, IP address and browser information. The site is hosted by Timeweb. These logs support website availability, operation and security.
5. External services
Links to Telegram, Stepik, Ozon, Profi.ru or full articles open the relevant provider's website. Processing there is governed by that provider's documents. Starting an embedded video connects to YouTube, which may receive technical viewing information. Merely viewing the page does not start the embedded player.
Enquiry data is used to respond and work on the request. Transfers to third parties are permitted for the relevant purpose and on a lawful basis. Handling client documents, involving contractors and using additional services are agreed separately. Using a foreign service does not imply consent to unrestricted public disclosure.
6. Retention and protection
Enquiry data is retained while the request and terms are considered. If work begins, retention follows contract performance and applicable legal requirements. Once the purpose is achieved, consent withdrawn or another basis ceases, processing stops and data is deleted or anonymised within statutory procedures and time limits, unless another lawful retention basis applies.
Processing is limited to data needed for the task. The controller restricts access to work correspondence and materials, protects accounts and does not publish client documents without a separate basis. Retention of technical logs and external-service data also depends on provider rules.
7. Your rights
You may request information about your data, seek correction, restriction or deletion where grounds exist, withdraw consent and contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Email your request to alexey.borodylin@mail.ru, identifying the enquiry concerned. Confirmation that the request concerns your data may be required; unnecessary documents should not be requested.
Withdrawing consent does not prevent processing based on another lawful ground. The policy is updated when purposes or methods change; the current version is on this page.
